Background

Abdullah Al Salem University (AASU) is seeking talented and forward-thinking professionals to join our Innovation and External Collaboration Section. We have multiple exciting opportunities which include:

  • System, Policy and Process Analyst
  • Organization Structure Specialist

  • Industry Liaison
  • Partnership Coordinator

The above roles are crucial in fostering innovation, enhancing organizational processes, and building strong external collaborations to advance the university’s mission.

Hiring priority, for the above roles, was for Kuwaiti nationals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative initiatives and projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the university.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to identify and develop innovative solutions.
  • Monitor trends and advancements in innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on innovation activities and outcomes.   
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in innovation, entrepreneurship, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in innovation management and project development.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
     

Required Documents
