Background

Abdullah Al Salem University (AASU) is seeking talented and forward-thinking professionals to join our Innovation and External Collaboration Section. We have multiple exciting opportunities which include:

The above roles are crucial in fostering innovation, enhancing organizational processes, and building strong external collaborations to advance the university’s mission.

Hiring priority, for the above roles, was for Kuwaiti nationals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design effective organizational structures to support university objectives.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align organizational structures with strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present organizational reports and plans.   
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience in organizational development and structure analysis.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
