Background

The above roles are crucial in fostering innovation, enhancing organizational processes, and building strong external collaborations to advance the university’s mission.

Hiring priority, for the above roles, was for Kuwaiti nationals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage partnerships with external organizations to support university goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective partnership management.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of partnership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure partnership alignment with university objectives.
• Prepare reports and documentation on partnership activities.   
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business relations, innovation management, or any related field.
• Experience in partnership coordination and management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
