Background

The above roles are crucial in fostering innovation, enhancing organizational processes, and building strong external collaborations to advance the university’s mission.

Hiring priority, for the above roles, was for Kuwaiti nationals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize university systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process improvements and policy changes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with university goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.   
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, operation management, or any related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
