Spring 2025 - Academic Year 2024/2025

AASU is looking for talented students who have the ambition and perseverance to provide solutions to current and future challenges of Kuwait.


Students who have obtained their high school/secondary certificate in 2023 or 2024 are encouraged to apply for admission in AASU's unique and progressive undergraduate degree programs. Applications must be submitted in accordance with the specified timeline.

Starting from Wed, 04 Dec 2024 till Sun, 08 Dec 2024, Kuwaiti Nationals and Children of Kuwaiti Mothers can submit their applications. Non-Kuwaiti students can submit their applications from Mon, 09 Dec 2024 till Tue, 10 Dec 2024.

Applications Timeline

Between Wednesday, 04 Dec 2024 and Sunday, 08 Dec 2024, applications can be submitted online by:

  • Kuwaiti Nationals
  • Children of Kuwaiti Mothers
      

Between Monday, 09 Dec 2024 and Tuesday, 10 Dec 2024, applications can be submitted by expat students who wish to study on self-finance basis.

Admissions are open for eight undergraduate programs including three new programs being introduced from Academic Year 2024/2025.

Admissions Criteria

College of Business & Entrepreneurship

  • Final overall grade in high school (secondary school) should not be less than 80% for science graduates and 85% for arts graduates.
  • Admission will be prioritized based on higher comparative percentages calculated as following:

    70% of high school grade
    + 15% of the score in the English exam
    + 15% of the score in Mathematics exam

College of Computing & Systems / College of Engineering & Energy

  • Final overall grade in high school (secondary school) should not be less than 80% for science graduates.
  • Admission will be prioritized based on higher comparative percentages calculated as following:

    65% of high school grade
    + 15% of the score in the English exam
    + 20% of the score in Mathematics exam
